SAP Solution Architect

We are a direct supplier to a global IT consultancy that is expanding its SAP practice, and we have an exceptional permanent opportunity for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics Consultant.Due to the nature of some projects, the successful candidate will have a valid UK SC Clearance or be willing and eligible to undergo the security vetting checks.This role offers the flexibility of working remotely across the UK, with 40–50% travel for key business meetings and client engagements.The RoleAs an SAP S/4HANA Logistics Consultant, you will lead logistics and warehouse transformation projects for enterprise clients, working within the SAP Pre-sales, Consulting & Delivery team. This senior role combines hands-on delivery with advisory leadership, guiding clients through the discovery, design, build, and deployment of best-in-class procurement and logistics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into detailed SAP functional specifications and solution designs.Lead SAP Activate & Fit-to-Standard workshops, driving best practice adoption.Deliver hands-on consulting in SAP IM/WM/EWM throughout the project lifecycle.Support configuration, testing, and deployment phases of SAP implementations.Act as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP logistics best practices.Collaborate across functions to deliver integrated supply chain solutions.Provide post-go-live support and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay current on SAP S/4HANA innovations and advise leadership on emerging strategy.Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and team enablement.What We’re Looking ForSignificant hands-on SAP Logistics experience, with strong exposure to S/4HANA projects.Multiple full lifecycle implementations in WM, MM, IM, or EWM.Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops.Deep understanding of SAP logistics processes, integration points, and best practices.Hands-on expertise with SAP Fiori apps, mobile solutions, and process automation tools.Experience with Signavio, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), and JIRA.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Consulting mindset – ability to propose solutions, solve problems, and advise clients.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field; SAP certifications in logistics preferred.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary and flexible benefits package (buy/sell annual leave, private medical, dental, travel insurance).Access to Perks at Work – discounts on holidays, dining, activities, groceries, and more.Career progression with continuous professional development and SAP learning paths.A chance to work on major, global S/4HANA transformation programmes within a diverse and inclusive team.📩 If you’re an experienced SAP Logistics professional ready to step into a senior consultancy role, we’d love to hear from you.
