Overview:
First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic visual events business who are looking to recruit a Sales Team Leader on a permanent basis due to growth to cover their Islington branch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow leads, generate and process orders, in addition to supervising and coaching the sales team.
- Help to maintain the CRM system and market the company’s services to exhibitors attending various events.
- Reach out to clients after attending events to seek feedback and identify additional opportunities.
- Attend exhibitions as a sales representative and assist with the coordination of the company’s service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Some familiarity with creating and scheduling email campaigns would be useful.
- Highly organised.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
