Legal Counsel (Private Equity/M&A)

Our ClientAn elite US Private Equity firm, is looking for a strong, private practice qualified M&A transactional Associate to join their London based team. The role is purely transactions focused, suitable for a driven deals lawyer, and, will sit within the investment team.

The team require an experienced associate from a Tier 1 global law firm\’s M&A or Private Equity practice.

Candidate Profile

3-5 PQE in a Legal 100 M&A practice

Demonstrable track record in complex cross-border M&A transactions

A strong academic track record across university and law school

Must be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales
