JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting company in Sheffield to recruit an Internal Salesperson for a leading supplier of high-performance materials to the Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Marine, and Green Climate industries. Package: * Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE * Location: Sheffield (S9) + Occasional Travel * Hours: Full-time, Permanent * Pension Scheme (Part-Contributory) * Modern Office Environment with Free Onsite Parking * Bike to Work & Tech Scheme * Full Training Provided for Candidates with a Strong Sales Background Requirements: * Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment. * Strong negotiation and selling techniques. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience with CRM and ERP systems, using data for decision-making. * Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Flexibility for travel (including occasional overnight stays). * Full UK Driving Licence. * Fluent in English (written & spoken); German fluency is desirable. Key Responsibilities: * Work with designated export accounts to generate sales by converting opportunities into orders. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction. * Review customer specifications, calculate costings, and create quotations. * Manage customer accounts from quotation to shipment. * Support Senior Salespersons with visit planning and identifying target accounts. * Attend customer visits and trade shows as required. * Monitor and support stock replenishment in collaboration with the Sales Manager. * Maintain and update the CRM system to track customer trends and opportunities. * Provide market feedback on pricing and competition activity.
