Graduate field sales opportunity, no experience required Working for a well established provider of plumbing & heating equipment to industries across the UKBusiness-to-business role, meeting clients in person£28k basic salary + Company CarWhat do the company do?This company are part of a wider investment group that turnover in excess of £1billion and as a cash-rich business are always on the acquisition trail.This particular business were established in 1970\’s and have spent the last 50 years cultivating a market leading reputation for providing industry leading plumbing & heating equipment to their clients.What would my role consist of?As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for a territory that covers the North West of England. In your first 3 months you will receive a thorough induction, spending time in each department of the business with a training guide to complete. Your time will initially be managing existing clients but you will also be given the opportunity to seek out new customers. You will be representing a vast portfolio of products, any component from plumbing and heating supplies from major brands.You will be selling in to independent plumbing merchants and the role will be 90% Account Management – this means 90% of your client base would have spent with the business in the last few years. You can expect around 6 meetings per day.What are the company looking for?Working in a client facing role, this opportunity is perfect for someone that is confident building relationships in person and has the drive to manage their own diary and succeed in sales.There is no experience required for the role, all the training is provided making it perfect for a graduate – as long as you bring the right attitude you should succeed!Package: Basic salary: £28,000Company carAnnual profit sharing scheme25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysFully-funded BMS Performance sales training
