To provide a comprehensive Learning and Development advisory and support function, creating a culture of continuous learning and growth in line with School-Home Support’s strategic objectives, together with leading staff engagement activities and facilitating the organisation’s external and internal training programmes., This role will be responsible for identifying and prioritising the current and future skill requirements of School-Home Support, creating learning environments where employees can continuously develop to be their best. The Learning and Development Advisor will also lead staff engagement activities, including leading the coordination of our annual conference, staff inductions, termly virtual staff meetings, staff awards and other social events/team building activities, as required. The Learning and Development Advisor will also facilitate and coordinate School-Home Support’s external programmes, allowing others to benefit from the organisation’s knowledge and expertise.
