We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Painting Contracts Manager in Airdrie working on their painting and Decorating Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager form a Painting And Decorating background β with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing their Painting and Decorating Contract and leading a team across property maintenance and commercial renovations clients. As Contracts Manager you will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groupβs success. Painting Contracts Manager key requirement for this role include: * Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified. * Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects. * Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget. * Focus on quality, customer service and deliver. * Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works. * Client and tenant satisfaction * Process Management * Management of the customer * Have an understanding of the financials on the contract. * Customer liaison skills Benefits of this role As Contracts Manager your will, be rewarded a competitive salary, Β£42000 to Β£45000 per year based on skillset and experience plus Car allowance of 4kβ 6k. 31 days holidays including public holidays which increases with length of service.
