Pearse Partners is a fast growing financial services focused recruitment agency, founded in London and now expanding internationally with the opening of a New York office.Part of the Pearse Group including Pearse Professionals and Rutherford Search together we form group of financial services focused boutique agencies partnering with Investment Banks, Private Equity and Hedge Funds.We\’re entering a new phase of our growth journey and looking for a Head of Operations to join our team, playing a pivotal role in our geographical and headcount growth.This role will work across both Pearse Partners and Pearse Professionals.RoleThis role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations required to grow and scale a business.
