Miryco Consultants is working with a high performing Boutique RegTech and Strategic Consultancy looking to bring on board intelligent and hard-working Senior Consultants and Assistant Managers to their team. This role is ideal for a professional early on in their career with a desire to learn and work collaboratively with industry leading consultants. This candidate would have experience working on projects related to the regulatory environment, impactfully contributing on proactive and reactive elements.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor emerging risks facing clients.
- Help with the strategic implementation of new policies and procedures for clients.
- Assist senior team members with consulting projects related to SMCR, Financial Crime, Conduct/Consumer Duty, Regulatory Transformation, Remediation and more.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory guidance.
- Support senior stakeholders during client and internal presentations.
- Identify key issues regarding clients’ regulatory risk.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and employees.
Experience:
- Excellent academic background - 2:1 Degree.
- Experience with regulatory consulting projects.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial services.
- Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast paced consulting environment.
