We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Operations to join our Investment Management Global Distribution team. This role is London based and is classified as flexible, allowing for some level of work from home on a routine basis.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by actively participating in strategic initiatives that significantly impact the Investment Management Distribution business:
- Independently work on moderately complex projects related to risk-related items, regulatory items, communications, and implementation of policies, standards, and/or processes.
- Track project implementation status and provide feedback to the project lead, making recommendations to improve project status where applicable.
- Conduct advanced research and data analysis to assist with strategic and change initiatives.
- Work with the business teams to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes within the function considering business or function roles and organizational design.
- Support strategic initiatives and process changes to improve the client and employee experience, and drive continuous improvement through focus on service excellence, operational, regulatory, risk, and control enhancements.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 4-6 years of experience in financial services or business partner functions such as internal control, risk, and/or resiliency preferred; experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience in project management, strategy delivery, and/or similar activities is a plus.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to positively challenge and influence others.
- Eagerness to learn and develop oneself, and ability to think outside the box.
