We are seeking an experienced Event Executive to join our dynamic and collaborative events team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of your own events while contributing across multiple event portfolios. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a company that values creativity, organisation, and customer focus. You’ll work closely with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery of high-quality events and exhibitions. This role reports directly to the Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of allocated events within set project timelines and budgets
- Liaising and negotiating with venues, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships
- Updating and reconciling event floorplans in collaboration with sales and technical teams
- Managing event budgets and ensuring cost-efficiency
- Coordinating all aspects of the events including logistics, staffing, show guides, and contractor management
- Assisting in publishing or marketing tasks when required
- Managing exhibitor communications and updating online manuals
- Coordinating and overseeing outsourced services (e.g., security, marshals, temp staff)
- Keeping internal CRM and event databases up to date
- Attending regular project and team meetings
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in managing and delivering events or exhibitions
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in liaising with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Skilled in multitasking and supporting across multiple projects
- A positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset
- Degree preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable
- Knowledge of budgeting and supplier negotiation
