Operations Analyst

A business based in Lincoln are working closely with us, DB Charles Recruitment, to hire for an Operations Analyst. This role will incorporate someone having a variety of skills across areas such as Projects, Support, Customer Services and needing to be IT / Technically minded. The business are currently in an excellent position with a number of high performing teams on-site and they hope to attract a candidate excited by the prospect of working with their business. The role is a permanent hybrid position, requiring someone to be in the office in Lincoln for x2 days per week and for this role the main challenges, focus and day to day duties will be: Providing exceptional customer account management and service Aiding in project management and software implementation plans Query and issue support + resolution Handling queries via a ticket management system Data analysis + SQL based work Documentation Customer interactions, timeline planning and go live support Plus many more aspects For this position, the client is looking to see CV’s with many of the following boxes ticked: Preferably career experience within one of the following areas such as projects, application support, an IT / Tech based role, customer account management etc. An educational background up to degree level ideally in a technical focussed subject would be ideal however not essential
