Social Worker - Children in Care and Care Leavers

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker specialising in Children in Care and Care Leavers. In this role, you will work with vulnerable children and young people. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £45.34. Key Responsibilities: Support children and young people in care, ensuring their needs are met and their voices heard. Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams, families, and carers to deliver tailored support plans. Provide guidance and advocacy for care leavers as they transition into adulthood. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and review cases in line with statutory requirements. Ensure all safeguarding measures and legal frameworks are adhered to, promoting the well-being of children and young people.Requirements: Qualifications: Qualified Social Worker with active HCPC/SWE registration.
