We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Research Director who is ready to lead, innovate, and contribute to the development of life-changing genetic therapies. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing biotech company shaping the future of genetic medicine.
Your Responsibilities…
As the Clinical Research Director, you will oversee clinical development activities, ensuring high-quality and compliant execution of clinical programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving clinical development strategy and execution of programs.
- Overseeing study protocols, regulatory submissions, and clinical trial feasibility.
- Providing medical and scientific leadership across clinical operations.
- Engaging with key opinion leaders, investigators, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD), PhD, or equivalent in a relevant life sciences discipline.
- Significant experience in clinical research within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, methodology, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in translational drug development, ideally within gene therapy or rare diseases.
- Proven ability to engage with key opinion leaders, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
