Concierge

A large international organisation is seeking a Concierge to provide a customer service, building inspections and proactive garden management to a prestigious residential site in Central London. The Concierge will need to have previous experience working in a highly professional environment similar to this role, have excellent relationship building skills, and is happy to work outdoors. This role will have a lot of physical activity as much of the work will be outdoors.\\n\\nApplications from ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nDeliver all concierge services required for the properties within your allocated section, this could include supporting vulnerable adults\\n\\t\\nOwn customer communication within the buildings, keeping customers informed on any issues as required\\n\\t\\nBeing the face of the team, and the first point of contact for customers\\n\\t\\nBuild trust with the customers, capturing important feedback \\n\\t\\nWork with suppliers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard\\n\\t\\nDo Building Inspections, ensuring safety and security at all times\\n\\t\\nProactively manage the gardens, and work with the Garden Landscape team\\n\\t\\nWork with the wider Operations and Company teams contributing to sustainability and people positive goals\\n\\nKnowledge, skills and qualifications:\\n\\nEssential: \\n\\nHave strong customer service experience and ideally worked in a concierge type role\\n\\t\\nManaged customer expectations and with excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills\\n\\t\\nHave basic understanding of maintenance tasks\\n\\t\\nWork as part of a team to deliver customer requirements\\n\\t\\nBe happy to work in an outdoors environment\\n\\t\\nBe able to pass an Enhanced DBS check\\n\\nSalary: £35,000\\n\\nBenefits: Pension, Life Assurance, 25+8 days hols, private medical, retail discounts and more
