Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled rides/ Maintenance Team Leader to oversee our small funfair at the end of the pier. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of ride operators, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires some mechanical knowledge, health and safety awareness, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the team in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain and repair various rides and equipment.
- Interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement necessary repairs.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Liaise with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
