We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global services provider for an experienced Interim Senior Bid Manager to lead complex, high value bids across multiple sectors. This is a pivotal role within the bid team, driving the end to end bid process to secure large scale contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and submission of compelling, high quality bids for major contracts
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial qualification to contract award
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal and operational teams to develop commercially sound and innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with bid governance, coordinating reviews and approvals at each stage
- Develop win strategies, value propositions and bid themes that align with client needs
- Oversee content development, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with evaluation criteria
- Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning for each bid submission
- Support negotiations and presentations with clients as required
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Bid Manager, ideally within facilities management
- Track record of leading and winning complex, high value public and private sector bids
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop competitive, commercially viable solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks and bidding best practices is desirable
