Job Title: Workshop Manager – Holkham Farming / Holkham Emerald
Salary: Depending on Experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
The Holkham Estate has invested in an industry-leading workshop facility and 6500 tonne potato store with modern equipment located at Egmere, Walsingham. The workshop is shared by the two farming businesses on the estate, Holkham Farming Company and Holkham Emerald. This role would entail overseeing the maintenance and repair of both businesses’ equipment, which uses leading brands such as John Deere, JCB, Grimme, and Vaderstad.
The candidate would create work plans and timeframes for team members to ensure that machines are overhauled promptly. The position would also command the responsibility of procuring parts, consumables and sundries.
We are looking for someone with high standards, a keen eye for detail and Health and Safety experience.
