Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the CEO of one of our ventures within the KI network. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO’s activities are seamlessly coordinated, enabling them to focus on driving business success.
As a key member of a fast-paced and ambitious environment, you’ll build a close working relationship with a highly ambitious individual, becoming an indispensable part of their daily operations and the company’s broader achievements. If you thrive in high-energy settings, this role is for you!
Key Accountabilities
- Efficient Diary & Email Management: Prioritize and manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple commitments
- Expense & Invoice Oversight: Process expenses and ensure timely payment of invoices to maintain financial efficiency
- Travel & Accommodation Planning: Organize detailed itineraries and bookings for the CEO’s business trips
- Executive & Personal Assistance: Provide proactive support to the CEO, managing both professional and personal tasks as needed
- HR & Recruitment Support: Facilitate hiring processes, including candidate screening and coordination
- Marketing Assistance: Support marketing initiatives by handling delegated tasks to meet objectives
- Progress Monitoring & Feedback: Track outstanding tasks, provide updates, and ensure objectives are achieved efficiently
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience in an Executive/Personal Assistant role
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Proficient in Google Suite or MS Office Suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
- Providing admin support to the marketing team
- A positive, can-do attitude where no task is too small

Benefits
- £30,000 – £40,000 salary per annum, depending on experience
