We are delighted to be partnering with this much-loved ecommerce brand in their search for a Marketing Director.

They are ambitious, high growth, and scaling both in the UK and internationally, offering quality products to their customers.

They are searching for a Marketing Director to lead teams across Digital, Brand, Creative, and Ecommerce, driving strategic growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will own the full marketing P&L with responsibility for a £multi-million marketing budget.

The Role:

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, blending a data-driven performance marketing focus with above-the-line campaigns.
  • Manage the full marketing P&L, overseeing a £multi-million budget to ensure profitability and delivery of ROAS targets.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across brand, creative, performance marketing, and ecommerce.
  • Develop marketing strategies for the launch of new products, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
  • Introduce and execute effective above-the-line campaigns to complement digital efforts and build brand awareness.
  • Partner with the NPD, E-commerce, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment on product launches.
  • Leverage analytics to measure performance, optimise campaigns, and report key insights to the executive team.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in owning significant marketing budgets in an ecommerce environment.
  • Experience in blending successful above-the-line media campaigns with performance marketing.
  • A strategic leader who is happy to be hands-on. This is a lean team, and everyone has a “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
