The role * Focusing on food safety and quality management systems and allergen management * Supporting customer technical enquiries and being a key point of contact to answer a range of technical questions. * Developing team knowledge and training teams on food safety standard and allergen protocols About you: * Degree qualified (or qualified through your experience gained in industry) with experience gained in a relevant role within a food manufacturing environment * Excellent verbal and communication skills * Confident in training teams and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders * Allergen management experience is essential Some planned travel will be part of the role & therefore a full driving license is required
