Bank Monitoring/ Fund Monitor/ Project Monitor/ Monitoring Surveyor/ Development Surveyor

Location: London; Private sector clients

Salary: Circa up to £70,000 per annum plus flexi benefits

Have you ended Q1 deflated and underappreciated? Then have a look at the below for a Fund Monitor role within a leading consultancy who pride people on their autonomy and teamwork, as well as implementing a training scheme to help you perform at the best of your ability.

Who are they:

Our client is an SME, independent consultancy who are classed as one of the best in the country. They are experiencing a period of growth, so it is definitely an exciting time to consider moving to this company. They work on private sector projects, ranging anything up to hundreds of millions of pounds. They genuinely pride themselves on being an SME and want everyone to succeed within their business, through providing in-class training, and the ability to mentor more senior members of staff. Lots of their employees have moved from the larger PQS firms which have high micro-management and don’t let you progress to higher positions within the company. They have clear and genuinely reachable goals, which then help you to move up the ranks – they do not hold you back!

What they are looking for:

They ideally are looking for either someone with fund monitoring experience (or a development surveyor), who understands the processes and has experience within this industry, therefore, can come in and help mentor staff through your knowledge and experience. Or, they are looking for MRICS QS’s who have decided they want a change of career, and move into something new. Essentially, they are looking for people with analytical brains who have a passion for monitoring surveying and wanting to work in an environment where you are trusted and pushed to be the best you can possibly be.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Consultancy background
  2. Experience in fund monitoring
  3. MRICS chartership
  4. Passionate about career change
  5. Experience working on a range of large-scale private sector projects
  6. Ability to write reports coherently
  7. Ability to work amongst a team and individually when required
  8. Comfortable in a client-facing environment
  9. Relevant university degree
  10. Right to work in the UK

On offer for this role is a basic salary of up to £70,000 per annum plus a flexible benefits package, including pension, holidays and healthcare.
