Finance Systems Analyst – Global Insurer
Woodland Partners are delighted to be working with this high-profile Global Insurance group who are looking for a Finance Business Systems Analyst with a strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions and associated applications. This role will focus on delivering high-quality change aligned to the finance business applications roadmap whilst being the bridge between understanding business needs and generating IT requirements.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Run and Maintain monthly systems activity supporting Finance Processes
- Develop and enhance performance, processes and controls across all finance business applications
- Stay abreast of emerging technology across finance business applications.
- Support Finance in delivering continuous improvement utilising industry trends and best practices in finance system applications and automation toolsets
- Contribute SME knowledge on wider projects
- Be an active member of the Group Financial Control team
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Solutions and associated applications – particularly Fusion ERP and EPM (EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS)
- Experience in utilising software’s such as PowerBI suite to provide analysis and produce reporting across large data sets
- Accounting background preferable
- Experience working with/in Finance teams, particularly Financial Planning and Analysis
- Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
