Service Advisor

• Advising customers on technical queries/issues

• Arranging bookings for work to be carried out

• Advising and selling additional work found during vehicle inspections

• Finalising and invoicing the customer and collecting payments

As you will be dealing with third parties and interacting with customers on a constant basis you must be well spoken, well presented and should have gained at least 2-3 years recent experience gained from within a similar role.

You must have a pro-active approach to sales, but also comprehend and believe in the importance of delivering an exceptional service to all customers and associates.

Please be advised a full, clean driving license is essential for this role
