Store Manager

This is a brand-new store opening and the Store Manager will play a pivotal role of curating the customer journey, elevating sales figures and to expand the brand’s influence., 1. Oversees daily store operations along with the activities of the sales team, fostering a proactive approach to product promotion and sales.

1. Ensures customer service by catering to client service level.

2. Ensures the delivery of exceptional post-sales service to our clients.

3. Comp shopping and analysis to optimise sales and surpass predefined objectives and targets.

4. Achieves elevated individual and store performance indicators (such as conversion rates, items per transaction, and dollar per transaction).

5. Ensures strict adherence to established policies and procedures.

6. Trains and mentors store staff comprehensively, overseeing and supervising their training (including areas of performance management).

7. Manages the store’s schedule & time keeping of staff members

8. Actively recruits and engages in networking to secure exceptionally skilled team members, while also cultivating a robust talent pool of potential candidates.

9. Executes store merchandising as per visual guidelines and ensures the consistent upkeep and prime condition of all inventories.

10. Ideally having experience as store manager within premium or luxury retail

11. 3-4 years leadership experience in an Assistant, Deputy or Floor or Department Store Manager’s will be considered

12. Have worked in high profiles stores or new store openings

13. A genuine passion for luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets

14. Have strong 121 client /customer experience

15. Excellent communicational skills.

16. Strong IT /Excel skills would be advantageous.

17. Proven success in attaining sales targets and excelling in key performance indicators.

18. Strong people management skillset including being involved in disciplinaries and performance management
