Currently recruiting for a Development Sales Manager position specialising in New Build homes.
You would be working with a well-established national New Homes organisation. You will be managing the day to day sales function across the development. As a Development Sales Manager, you will be first point of contact through to the sale of the property and will be tasked with dealing with the customer journey for potential and actual customers. You will be conducting viewings, dealing with negotiations and will take full ownership of the site. You would also manage the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets, whilst also looking for career growth in the future. You will be reporting into the Sales Manager regularly. Selling 2-4 Bedroom homes. Ensuring each sale is to customer satisfaction. Opportunity to progress.
Development Sales Manager Requirements:
- New Home Sales experience is preferred as a Development Sales Manager.
