Delivery Development Manager
Cobalt is delighted to kick start the year with an exclusive partnership with a leading, London-based real estate operator. Focused on value-add office investment in London, our client collaborates with stakeholders to offer a full suite of investment, asset management, and development services to deliver schemes to the highest standard.
With a successful 12-year history, this investment business adds value through deal origination, re-gearing, design and construction management, asset management, and disposition. Their portfolio boasts residential and commercial assets that range from 30,000 to 140,000 sqft across the capital, and their redevelopment and construction offering ranges in construction cost up to £150 million.
Due to an expanding portfolio and new structure within the business, our client has engaged Cobalt to source and select a senior level Development Manager to take on a Delivery Development Management role to truly lead from the front, take schemes through to completion, grow a construction team, and progress to a senior leadership role within the business.
Requirements:
- Member of RICS, MCIOB, or MAPM ideal
- Engineering, Technical, Project Management, or Real Estate associate degree
- London office, commercial, or mixed-use project delivery experience
- Established relationships with external consultants and contractors
- Working knowledge of building regulations, technical building specifications, planning application processes, construction, and procurement processes for London.
