Our client is a global organisation and market leader in their industry. Currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a 12-month FTC. Great company with free parking and newly refurnished offices.
Your Role:
- Process orders via emails, calls, and shared inbox
- Deal with returns
- Monitor the complete delivery process
- Send out invoices
- Work closely with internal teams such as account managers
- Keep in-house systems up to date
- General admin tasks
- Excellent admin skills, particularly in Excel
