Position: Shift Manager

As Shift Manager, you will:

1. Plan for each shift and run informative energetic shift huddles.
2. Energize the team throughout the shift.
3. Monitor performance during the shift and take action to meet guest demand while ensuring that the team meets McDonald’s standards.
4. Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
5. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
6. Meet targets during your shifts and assist assigned Departments in meeting their goals.
7. Check food holding temperatures to ensure food safety compliance.
8. Manage cash positions and make bank deposits.
9. Ensure that all associates are aware of new promotions.
10. Keep labor costs low and order new supplies.
