Electrical Compliance Surveyor * Salary from £37,051 per annum * 37 hours per week * Benefits include company pension scheme, Private Healthcare Working within the Fire, Electrical & Asbestos compliance team, the successful candidate will be required to provide an essential service to meet the compliance legislation and guidance regarding electrical workstreams. You will also assist with the preparation and delivery of planned and programmed installation and maintenance contracts in regard to EICR’s and electrical rewires, ensuring that compliance, efficiency and high standards are maintained. You will also be required to: * Undertake site supervision and monitoring of work in progress * Liaise with contractors and tenants for the effective delivery of the works. * Carry out Health and Safety inspections * Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with quality and assurance activities. The successful candidate will have: * A good understanding of appropriate legislation and relevant qualifications. * A proven ability to review Electrical Certification (DEICR, DEIC) * A flexible and enthusiastic approach * A positive attitude * Full driving licence and access to a vehicle * Familiar with using a PDA and/or a tablet/laptop. * A basic knowledge of fire alarm detection systems and fire door surveys (training can be provided to the right candidate) The closing date for applications is 4 March 2025
