The predicted salary is between 100000 - 140000 £ per year.

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lewisham to assist with the appointment of a Network Telephony Engineer , on a 6-month contract , highly likely to be extended at client’s discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £369.51 – £479.00 per Day

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the network infrastructure and resources required to plan for, develop, deliver and support Digital services and products to contribute to the achievement of the Council’s corporate objectives.
  • Preparation for new or changed services, management of the change process and the maintenance of regulatory, legal and professional standards.
  • Responsible for production of network designs and design policies, strategies, architecture and documentation; covering security, capacity, and resilience for voice, data, text, email, and image, to support business requirements and strategy.
  • Ensure delivery of a high quality user experience, including fit for purpose systems, and high standards of access, availability, usability, usefulness and excellent standards of service.
  • Responsible for network compliance with statutory national and international regulations and standards, and provide authoritative advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Enterprise Network Experience (+5 Years), with highly developed specialist technical knowledge within the data and voice network.
  • Broad knowledge of the IT Technology stacks, with experience of network virtualization.
  • Ideally educated to bachelor degree level and holds a relevant professional qualification, or Skills and Experience.
