In this brand new role, this Mid-Value Marketing Manager will oversee and grow the charity’s mid-value program, designing impactful marketing campaigns that foster meaningful connections with supporters, encourage engagement, and drive revenue. You’ll focus on creating marketing strategies that captivate and motivate the charity audience, ensuring consistency across all supporter interactions.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Work within a cross-functional team to attract, engage, and retain mid-value supporters, using audience insights and data to understand their needs and motivations, fostering long-term relationships.
  2. Develop and implement marketing initiatives aimed at achieving ambitious targets for mid-value supporter actions, income, and loyalty.
  3. Partner with colleagues in the Loyalty and Philanthropy teams to create effective supporter journeys, transitioning individuals from standard to mid-value, and from mid-value to high-value, based on opportunities.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, ensuring that supporter insights and data analysis are central to driving a test-and-learn approach, continually optimizing mid-value outcomes.

  2. Exceptional communication abilities, capable of delivering messages with impact, inspiring others’ commitment, and cultivating strong relationships both internally and externally.
  3. Skilled at prioritising tasks to maximise the impact on the mid-value program, effectively managing competing responsibilities, and proactively identifying and implementing solutions as necessary.
  4. A strategic thinker who excels at translating overarching strategies into actionable operational plans and successful execution.
  5. A collaborative team player, always open and willing to contribute.
