The Role: We are looking for an experienced, innovative, dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our event marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for the creation and implementation of a company-wide strategic marketing campaign from initial planning through to post-event analysis. Collaborating closely with the internal teams, you will ensure that our events align with our marketing goals and are delivered within budget. Managing vendor relationships, overseeing collateral creation, executing lead generation campaigns and managing on-site marketing and press activities are pivotal to the role. Your role will encompass the following: Manage the annual B2C and B2B CRM programme to drive ticket sales for our Salon Privé London (April) and Salon Privé Blenheim Palace (September) events including the concept and planning through to execution and analysis. Develop strategies to enhance the consumer journey through our online and social media touchpoints to maximise exposure and secure ticket purchases. Take ownership of the existing event media partnerships to ensure that we are receiving maximum leverage through our annual calendar, achieving our deliverables and ensuring return on investment. Working alongside the Head of Design in the conceptualisation and delivery of print campaigns, adverts, sales material and digital assets. Assist the Sales Director in strengthening the marketing relationships with our automotive and luxury brand sponsors, ensuring that we exceed their expectations as a sponsor partner. Work closely with the Sales Director as a brand guardian ensuring that the consistent voice for Salon Privé is maintained in all internal and external communication. Alongside the Sales Director, lead the creation, development and production of all B2C and B2B print and digital assets used to drive interest and awareness in our events. Manage the website ensuring copy is relevant, engaging and factually correct. Manage upload of all client content for brand pages. Work with our PR agency to drive our desire for a widened annual PR strategy that extends into the luxury & lifestyle sector, alongside automotive. Be part of the onsite delivery team at the Salon Privé London (April) and Salon Privé Blenheim Palace (September) events. Proactively adapt to the ever-changing event landscape, recognising potential and creating opportunities. The ideal candidate? Background 5+ Years in a broad-based marketing role with a strong bias toward digital and social media. An existing Marketing Manager or someone who is looking for the next step in their career. Marketing-based degree. CIM qualification is desirable but not essential. Experience working within the automotive and luxury sectors is essential . Skillset Strong communication skills and an ability to help lead and motivate a team from within. Enthusiastic and ‘hungry’ for success but with a level head. Self-motivated but equally a strong team player. Process-driven but also a creative thinker; able to clearly articulate ideas and create coherent communications. Analytically strong – the role will require ongoing analysis of our activities and their ability to deliver a strong ROI. Adaptable and responsive to new opportunities. Strong copywriting skills and experience in delivering compelling supporting collateral. Unwavering attention to detail.
