This newly created role will see you work closely with the IT Director and Senior Digital Strategy Manager to oversee the successful deployment and integration of new cutting-edge software solutions within the firm. It is a key position that will require you to work with internal teams to understand their needs, configure software to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support and training.
What will I be doing?
As a Software Implementation Specialist you will have ownership of the following tasks:

Collaborating with internal teams to gather and analyse requirements.

Configuring and customising software solutions to align with the firm’s needs.

Conducting software testing and troubleshooting where necessary to ensure functionality.

Managing project timelines, resources and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
-
Identifying and addressing potential project risks and issues proactively.

Communicating status of projects and updates to stakeholders regularly.

Educated to degree level in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (minimum criteria).

Proven experience of implementing new software in a professional environment (minimum criteria)

Strong technical skills, including knowledge of software configuration and troubleshooting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
