Contracts Manager – Fit-Out Contractor (Birmingham) 📍 Location: Birmingham 💼 Position: Contracts Manager 💰 Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Package 🏗 Project Value: Up to £10M 🕒 Contract Type: Permanent We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading Fit-Out Contractor based in Birmingham. Specialising in high-quality commercial, retail, and hospitality fit-outs, this contractor delivers projects up to £10M in value. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in delivering multiple fast-paced, high-specification projects across the region. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee multiple fit-out projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. * Manage project programming, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. * Work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure project expectations are met. * Provide technical guidance, resolve on-site challenges, and drive quality standards. * Lead and mentor site managers and project teams to ensure successful project execution. * Monitor financial performance, ensuring cost control and maximising profitability. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fit-out sector. * Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, commercial refurbishments, and retail projects. * Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications preferred. * Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost control and budgeting.
