Management and Leadership Development Consultant
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Management and Leadership Development Consultant to join a dynamic team based in Leicestershire. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing leadership and management development programs for a variety of clients. You will play a key part in transforming organisations by enhancing leadership capabilities and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver bespoke leadership and management development programs up to C-suite level, tailored to the specific needs of client organisations.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to assess leadership needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs to help develop high-performing leaders and managers.
- Use evidence-based strategies to ensure the effectiveness of learning programs and drive measurable outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development, ensuring our programs remain innovative and impactful.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a management and leadership consultant, with a focus on developing high-performance teams and individuals.
- Strong understanding of leadership theories, learning methodologies, and organisational development practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership teams and influence organisational change.
- Ideally, you will hold a relevant professional qualification or certification in leadership, coaching, organisational development or psychology.
- Experience in facilitating and coaching at all levels, from emerging leaders to senior executives.
- A strong results-driven approach with a passion for developing others and driving business growth.
