About the Role - Location: Lewes, Full time, Permanent, flexible working with a mix of home and office. Salary: £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- A passion for merchandising and retail
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing reports for daily and weekly sales, must be confident to communicate this to the wider team
- Providing administrative support to the merchandising team
- Liaising with the field team and Retail Director to ensure store detail is communicated and requests are actioned
- Generating reports and analysing sales and stock data
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance merchandising strategies
- Provide accurate information on sales, stock, intake, and store footage to the team
