Job description An exciting opportunity has become available for an experience Facilities Manager to join a well-established company based in the Tameside area. The company is in the process of expanding its team and will be offering this role full time, permanent basis for the right person. * Role: Facilities Manager * Location: Hyde * Salary: Negotiable depending on experience * Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm and 8am to 4pm on Fridays. Duties as a Facilities Manager will include but not be limited to: · Maintaining the schematic layout of the site · Regular fire extinguisher servicing and testing · Regular smoke alarm testing · Keeping track of first aiders on site · Bring the point of contact for alarm provider to resolve any issues etc. · Issuing key fobs to new employees · Maintaining issues, changes or work required to the site · Outsource site work/repairs where necessary · Maintaining site documents · Managing ongoing assessments for site improvements · Carry out inductions regarding access and site safety The successful Facilities Manager will possess the following skills: · Previous experience within a Site Facilitating role · Good organizational skills · Ability to manage own workload Benefits: · Flexible working hours · Compressed working hours available · Excellent working atmosphere · 33 days holiday, including bank holidays · Onsite parking including PHEV charging at subsidized rate · Company pension scheme · Perkbox Mpeople Recruitment Ltd are an employment agency acting on behalf of our clients.
