Requirements: NPORS Card or CPCS Banksman/Traffic Marshall Ticket (essential). Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall, with a strong understanding of site safety and traffic management. Ability to communicate effectively and direct vehicles safely in a busy construction environment. Responsibilities: Managing the flow of traffic in and out of the site.
