The Opportunity: We seek a passionate and skilled Door Engineer to join our team. As a Door Engineer, you will receive a salary package of up to £45,900, along with some amazing benefits and the highest level of training and support. The Door Engineer will be a key player in our mission to deliver top-quality, high-performance entrance solutions for our global brand. Your positive attitude, eagerness to learn new skills, and dedication will make you an invaluable part of our Door Engineer team. Requirements: * Fault-finding with Electrical knowledge. * Covering the Croydon South London area * Experienced Automatic Door Engineer * Servicing & troubleshooting Automatic Swing, Revolving, and Sliding Door-sets. * Collaborate with engineers & ensure safety standards. Benefits: * Salary Package: £41,600 + £1,900 + call-out £2400 = £45,900 (Salary reflects experience). * Premium overtime at time and a half, and double time. * On-call premium – £200 pw (£2,600 pa) * Bonuses from £400pm to £800pm * 25 days leave + bank holidays. * 4 weeks on the job training program + career development. * Modern van, tools, tablet, mobile, fuel card, and uniform. * Employee proactive healthcare + life cover. * Enhanced family leave + mental health support. * Pension * Life Insurance Skills / Experience: * Basic Electrical knowledge. * Background in Automatic Doors/Speed lanes/Turnstiles. * Fault-finding experience. * Full driving license + relevant operating licenses.
