The ideal candidate will demonstratestrong leadership skills, a passion for skincare and makeup, and the ability to inspireand drive team performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service andexceed sales targetsProvide daily supervision, coaching, and motivation to staff, ensuring a positiveand productive working environmentAct as a role model in delivering expert product knowledge and makeupdemonstrationsManage the day-to-day operations of the counter/store, including rotas, stockmanagement, and visual merchandisingHandle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional and timelymannerEnsure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and presentationstandardsCollaborate with management to implement promotional activity and newproduct launchesDeliver regular feedback and performance updates to team members andmanagementRequirements:Proven experience as a supervisor on a beauty counter is essentialExperience in makeup artistry is desirableStrong understanding of retail sales, customer service, and team leadershipExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsConfident in demonstrating and selling beauty products with expert knowledgeAble to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt in a fast-paced retailenvironmentFully flexible and available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bankholidays as requiredPassionate about the P.
