Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Service Architect to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions within a Central Government environment. The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership, ensuring CyberArk services align with security policies, compliance frameworks, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop the CyberArk service architecture , ensuring alignment with government security frameworks and organisational needs.
- Lead the design, integration, and optimisation of CyberArk solutions within existing IT infrastructure.
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure a seamless deployment and operation of CyberArk services.
- Establish best practices, governance models, and operating procedures for CyberArk service management.
- Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership for CyberArk implementation projects .
- Support risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews to ensure CyberArk services meet security requirements.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical teams, and third-party suppliers , to drive CyberArk service improvements.
- Ensure CyberArk services are scalable, resilient, and aligned with long-term security strategies.
- Develop detailed documentation and provide training to internal teams on CyberArk service management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CyberArk Service Architect , with hands-on expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Strong knowledge of government security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management .
- Experience working within Central Government or other public sector organisations.
- Expertise in designing and implementing CyberArk solutions in secure and highly regulated environments .
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust security principles .
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Experience working in SC Cleared environments and managing security-sensitive projects.
- Relevant CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian).
- Experience with cloud-based CyberArk integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- ITIL certification or experience with service management best practices .
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and vendors in a CyberArk environment.
