Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage the financial operations within a fast-track Leisure & Hospitality construction company, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Key Duties:
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow for project needs.
- Develop and monitor project budgets.
- Provide financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and tax filings.
- Collaborate with project managers on financial targets.
- Prepare cost breakdowns for contracts.
