· You will be supporting the SNR development managers in project management for new and existing accounts.
· Identify, analyse and interpret lifestyle trends to continue sales growth.
· Maintaining strong communication and relationships with customers.
· Support the SNR development managers with overseeing all NPD sample requests.
· Working closely with Process development, technical, commercial and the sales teams
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Completing product data sheets & labels for samples made in the development kitchen.

Completing submission forms where necessary for specific customers.
-
Using Nutricalc to gain theoretical nutritional information for recipes in development .

Checking and amending kitchen recipes (eg methodology, raw materials, shelf life, allergens) with Chef & NPD Technologist guidance.

Completing New Raw Material Forms for any new ingredients required on site .

Completing provisional specifications.

Booking & organising couriers for sending samples out.

Preparing paperwork for handover meetings to the process team.

Attending & managing sampling submissions & taste panels.

Support in customer activity

General supporting the SNR development technologists.

Update trackers.
Ability to work with a team and also on their own.
- Good communication techniques both written and verbal.
Skills Required:

Ability to communicate in both Written and Spoken English.

Strong IT skills advantageous – In particular, intermediate Excel skills, capable of creating and utilising functionality.

Proven grammatical skills in written English.

Strong time management & organisational skills to complete tasks in a timely manner

Knowledge of the food industry preferred but not essential (eg ingredient functions, processing, allergens)
