An award-winning game studio are looking for a sharp and strategic FP&A Analyst to join the finance team in Malta or the UK and report to the CFO.

Your Role:

  • Build and enhance financial models to support business strategy and forecasting
  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle
  • Analyse financial performance and deliver insights that drive smarter decisions
  • Provide financial input on strategic initiatives, including market and cost assessments
  • Act as a finance business partner to operational teams
  • Improve reporting through automation and smarter financial tools
  • Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A activities
  • Support ongoing financial projects and ad-hoc analysis

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within iGaming or tech
  • Advanced Excel skills and Power BI
  • Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex data for all audiences
  • Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus)
