£53k – £58k + Car Allowance/Vehicle + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

Following a great meeting with this dynamic construction company on a significant growth trajectory, they are looking to strengthen their management team by appointing a site manager.

Projects would be in the commercial, industrial, and care/resi sectors up to £6m predominantly in the Yorkshire region – although the first project would be in North Yorkshire.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

The role would suit an experienced site manager with duties to include:

1. Site Setup
2. Reading Drawings
3. Daily Diaries, Tool Box Talks
4. Overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved
5. Material call offs
6. Crane/Lifting Ops
7. Ensuring RAMS and Company H&S procedures are adhered to
8. Liaison with architect, Clerks of Works & other stakeholders

Qualifications/Background:

1. Recognised construction related qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND etc)
2. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
3. Ideally will have worked in the industrial & commercial sectors
