JOB DESCRIPTION: Building Surveyor, Residential Surveyor – Consultancy, Property, Construction
Your main responsibility as our Surveyor will be to provide a full building surveying service to a range of clients across the residential and commercial sectors.
In addition to this, your main duties will include:
Providing professional building surveying duties including building surveys, homebuyers’ reports, valuations.
Identifying structural issues, defects, and potential risks, providing clear and concise reports for clients.
Managng your workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Developing and maintaining an up-to-date awareness and knowledge of all necessary legislation.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Building Surveyor, Residential Surveyor – Consultancy, Property, Construction
As our new Building Surveyor, it would be advantageous if you have worked on any of the following, level 2 and 3 homebuyers surveys, valuations, block management defects, building surveys and building pathology.
It is essential that you:
Are RICS qualified or working towards qualification.
Have a proven track record providing advice on a range of building related matters.
Can confidently communicate both verbally and written.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, accurate reports.
