The Working Capital Project Manager will report into a seasoned CFO who has extensive experience in the firm’s processes. Working closely with the CFO and Director of Operations, this individual will be responsible for a variety of projects, which include the reduction of lock up days, reviewing the annual rates review process, matter set up and another of process improvements when it comes to system upgrades., * Lead and develop the revenue teams across EMEA, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

  • Manage relationships with central service centres, setting clear KPIs and objectives for collections.

  • Standardise operating models and best practices across all offices, ensuring alignment with global financial strategies.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue processes and systems.

  • Work closely with Finance leadership to develop clear and consistent financial reporting.

  • Oversee lock-up management, with a strong focus on reducing WIP and debtor days.

  • Set and monitor billing, collections, and lock-up targets across multiple offices and practice groups.

  • Analyse realisation levels and identify strategies to minimise revenue leakage.

  • Improve time recording compliance and reporting mechanisms.

  • Assist in the annual rates review and rollout, ensuring strategic alignment across EMEA offices.

  • Collaborate with the e-billing team to improve matter setup and rate-setting processes.

  • Lead and contribute to key financial projects, including reviews of payment terms and write-off policies.
