TechOhana have partnered with a financial services business who are looking for a Salesforce Programme Manager. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week on-site, with office locations available in London, Manchester and Birmingham. The company is open to candidates from any industry background who have proven Salesforce delivery experience.
This role will give you ownership of a large-scale Salesforce transformation across CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, leading cross-functional teams and working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Salesforce programmes across multiple clouds and workstreams
- Manage delivery teams including consultants, developers and third-party vendors
- Oversee project planning, RAID management, budgets, timelines and reporting
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
- Champion delivery best practices and agile methodologies
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce programmes as a Programme Manager or Delivery Lead
- Strong knowledge of CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Background in financial services is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable managing hybrid teams across multiple office locations
