Position: D365 Pre-Sales Lead
Salary: Up to £110,000 plus bonus

Role overview
Reporting to the Sales Director for Business Applications to oversee the Pre-Sales function and grow the D365 Biz Apps business.
Working with the Sales Director, Sales Leads, and CTO to implement the Pre-Sales strategy. Lead and manage a team of Pre-Sales consultants and support staff. Fulfil the role of Principal Pre-Sales consultant while managing the team. Ensure alignment with key opportunities, mentor team members, and build a high-performing Pre-Sales unit.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team for Enterprise Apps.
- Qualify new opportunities and align with GTM strategies.
- Establish and embed Pre-Sales and Bid Management processes.
- Lead solution demonstrations and contribute to sales proposals.
- Educate the commercial team on Microsoft products.
- Support go-to-market activities and participate in marketing efforts.
- Build relationships with key technical and sales contacts.
Experience
- Skilled leader with a focus on relationship-building and collaboration.
- Strong principles of mentorship and support.
- Excellent coaching and development skills.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 (CE, BC or F&O) and the Power Platform.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Extensive pre-sales experience with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
